Front desk comes off really condescending when I called to ask about an additional charge the office made to my card weeks after my appointment. I don’t understand why she thought it was obvious to me that the office can make whatever charge they like to my card whenever they want without an explanation. This isn’t my first rude phone call interaction with this person. Alexandra is great though.
