I was scared out of my mind when zi learned that I needed to see an Endodontic for the particular tooth problem I was having. I don't do well during dental procedures and was not looking forward to it. BUT I am so glad I got to go to Doctor Anderson he is fast, efficient and very very skilled. I will admit my favorite person was his dental assistant (I wish I remembered her name). She had a calming personality and took every opportunity to make sure I was comfortable, happy and calm. She really was the icing on the cake!! I would highly recommend this Endodontic!

Had a root canal by Dr Anderson last fall, got in the chair, he asked me to open my mouth & did the novocaine shots without any numbing agent. Several fast shots that really hurt. I had also been unaware until I sat down that nitrous oxide wasn't included. Yes I should have asked first but in the past with other dentists it's been included. So, assumed. When I finally asked he just said, "that's extra & we don't have it in this room". I've had a ton of dental work in my life and do not recall ever not at least being numbed up prior to the novocaine shots. And to not be informed ahead of time. So, yeah, I teared up & stayed that way throughout the procedure. I told my referring dentist about the lack of numbing and he seemed surprised. Response to the owner. It has been 6 months since the "treatment". My receipt states 12/20/2024. I wanted to do a review at the time but I was upset and thought it might be better to wait or just not do one. I'm still annoyed. After reading your response, even more so. I can assure you that I did not receive any numbing "gel" prior to the injections. I received those shots straight in without being informed they were going to occur without any numbing gel. I've had a LOT of dental work done in my life and I am absolutely positive of the presence of numbing or not. This was not due to "not enough gel", or "not enough time". There was no gel in this instance. Those shots HURT. In the future please at least inform your "patient" that you're not giving the gel. Yes, it might be a good idea for your receptionists to clarify what is and what's not included such as nitrous. Or at least ask if the person wants it? I assumed, so that's on me, I was a referral from Dr Lyke at ANHC if that helps with the legitimacy of this review.

Completely in awe at the service and care provided by this team. Omitting the actual dental work for a moment... the ease and speed of scheduling, the clear communication from the front office team, and the precise expectations were remarkable. Having dental work performed isn't exactly something I (or any of us) look forward to. I was fortunate enough to have Bella and Dr Rosie take care of me (once in the chair) and they handled my root canal as absolute professionals. There was little to no discomfort, the op was timely, and the gals were friendly and caring. Dr. Anderson - thanks for building a great team and running a top-notch office. Hopefully I won't be back, but if required, I will be. JY
